In this task, the resources provided by the European Research Infrastructures LifeWatch-ERIC (VRE) and Elter RI (Datalabs) will be used as a prototype for co-locating these two infrastructures in Spain. To this end, data and workflows for obtaining essential ecosystem variables from satellite images and validated with on-site data such as phenological metrics, surface temperature, floods, will be offered as a pilot study. Water and carbon flows and landscape metrics, using data collected by ICTS-Donana in the Natural space of Donana. The integration of these data series and their workflows wil be carried out as a standard pilot study of co-localization of both infrastructures according to FAIR principles through EOSC (European Open Science initiative). This work will benefit from subproject LWE2103021 and will evaluate up-scaling models.
