María del Pilar Fernández Díaz

She has a degree in Biology from the University of Seville and a Master’s Degree in Biodiversity and Conservation Biology from the Pablo de Olavide University. She has worked for two years as a Young Research Staff in the Department of Plant Biology and Ecology of the University of Seville with the research group of Reproductive Ecology of Plants (RNM-204). Currently, she is hired by the Doñana Biological Station (CSIC) within the Current situation of plant diversity Project, where she makes distribution maps of the vascular flora of the Sierras Béticas, based on the information of the specifications preserved in the General Herbarium Research Service of the University of Seville.
