Mauro Tognetti Barbieri

He is a Technician (FPII) in Management and Organization of Natural Resources and Landscaping, Expert in unmanned aerial vehicles and their civil applications, RPAs Operator, GIS Technician and Remote Sensing. He is currently a Senior Technician of Technical and Professional Activities at the Service of Evaluation, Restoration and Protection of Mediterranean Agrosystems (SERPAM) at the Zaidín Experimental Station (CSIC). His work focuses on agrosilvopastoral systems in the Iberian Southeast, specifically on: i) evaluation of grasses in natural areas and monitoring of vegetation with remote sensors in RPAS, ii) study of indigenous legumes for the restoration of natural areas, iii) monitoring of the impact of pyric herbivorous (ecological interaction of fire and grazing) on plant communities.
