She has a degree in Biological Sciences (botanical specialty) and a PhD in Biology. She is currently qualified in Technical and Professional Activities of the Service for the Evaluation, Restoration and Protection of Mediterranean Agrosystems (SERPAM) at the Zaidin Experimental Station (CSIC) Her research focuses on agrosilvopastoral systems in the Iberian Southeast, specifically on: i) the evaluation of grasses in agricultural spaces and in natural spaces, ii) the study of indigenous legumes for the restoration of natural spaces, and iii) the monitoring of the impact of pyric herbivorism (ecological interaction of fire and grazing) on plant communities
