Fernando Hiraldo

He holds a PhD in Biology from the University of Seville in 1977, and is Professor of Research Emeritus at the Doñana Biological station. His research has focused mainly on the study of the ecology and conservation of threatened birds, and more recently on the ecological relationships between the parrots and the plants on which they feed.
